About Dimian Health

Mona Dimian holds a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (UCO) and is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Her journey into osteopathy began when she experienced firsthand the benefits of osteopathic treatment while taking her child to the Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC). Inspired by the holistic and patient-centred approach of the profession, she decided to pursue a career in osteopathy.

Mona provides comprehensive care for a diverse range of patients, including office workers, seniors, athletes, children and women facing health challenges. She employs a blend of structural techniques, cranial therapy, and Chinese cupping, along with personalized advice on exercise and rehabilitation programs to enhance overall well-being.

Mona embraces a holistic approach to treatment, prioritising the identification and resolution of root causes of health issues rather than simply addressing symptoms. Her goal is to help patients achieve long-term well-being and an enhanced quality of life.

In addition to her osteopathic qualifications, Mona has undergone advanced training in cranial osteopathy at the Sutherland Osteopathic College. She is also skilled in Chinese cupping and massage, allowing her to offer a diverse array of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient’s needs.

Outside of her practice, Mona enjoys doing yoga and nurturing her garden at her allotment, reflecting her commitment to health and balance in all areas of life.
