Treatments We Offer

Our range of treatments and therapies are designed to relieve discomfort, address pain and tension, and promote natural healing for full-body wellness

  • Rebalance Your Body, Relieve Your Pain

We treat musculoskeletal issues such as joint pain, back pain, and postural problems with hands-on osteopathy, promoting the body’s natural healing. Effective for all ages, osteopathy addresses physical and emotional trauma that may hinder self-recovery, helping restore balance and providing lasting relief through targeted, non-invasive techniques

  • Cranial Therapy Tailored to Your Needs

We employ a highly developed sense of touch, using gentle and precise techniques to treat the ligaments, joints, fascia, and muscles. This approach allows us to provide effective care across all age groups, addressing a wide range of conditions while ensuring comfort and safety for every patient.

  • Rebound Quickly, Prevent Future Injuries

Our treatments are tailored to speed up recovery from sports-related injuries and enhance your body’s resilience. Using targeted techniques, we address muscle strains, joint issues, and more, helping you return to peak performance quickly. Our approach also focuses on injury prevention, strengthening key areas to reduce future risks, ensuring that athletes of all levels stay active and injury-free.

  • Discover the Benefits of Ancient Cupping Techniques

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, cupping uses heated glass cups to create suction, boosting blood flow and circulation. This technique helps relieve pain, reduce swelling, and accelerate healing, with effects similar to massage. Temporary marks may appear but fade within days. Cupping can be a standalone treatment or used to complement osteopathic care.

  • What should I wear for my appointment?

Avoid tight or restrictive clothes as the osteopath may need to assess your movement and body mechanics.

Shorts or leggings: Closed shorts, or leggings that allow for easy leg movement, are recommended. If your lower back, hips, or legs need to be examined, wearing shorts makes this process smoother.

  • Is Osteopathy regulated?

Osteopathy is a fully regulated medical speciality just like Dentistry, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Chiropody etc. Since the Osteopathic act of 1993, Osteopathy has had statuary regulation under the General Osteopathic Council.

The osteopathic profession in the UK is governed by The General Osteopathic (GOsC) and since the year 2000, the title “Osteopath” has been protected by law. This means is a criminal offence to describe oneself as an osteopath unless registered with GOsC.

For further information regarding GOsC visit https://www.osteopathy.org.uk.
